Yes. We deliver and collect payment on delivery (COD) in all 47 counties of Kenya through ShipCOD. You pay the courier in cash only after the parcel reaches you — no card or M-Pesa prepayment is required to place an order.

Orders in Nairobi are typically delivered within 1–2 business days. Deliveries to other major towns and counties take 2–4 business days. The courier calls you before delivery.

Delivery is a flat fee shown at checkout in Kenyan Shillings (KES). The exact amount — and any free-delivery threshold — appears on the order form before you confirm.

Do I pay before the product arrives?

No. Payment is due only on delivery. Inspect your order, then pay the ShipCOD courier the amount shown on your confirmation. There is zero risk of paying for goods you never receive.
